Caution: It is your reponsibility to make sure that all seat belt anchor points in your car are structurally sound: NOT RUSTY. Make a careful examination before proceeding. Porsches rust! Please be careful! Thank you.

Receivers:

1. Remove receiver of the original seat belt system.

2. Using the original bolt, install the new receiver with the press button oriented towards the center of the car.

3. Tighten the bolt to 40-45 fl-lbs.

Inertia Reel and End Fitting:

1. Remove the other two legs of the original seat belt (shoulder and lap straps).

2. Using the original bolt, install the end fitting where the end of the lap belt was originally attached on the rocker panel. Install it such that the connector points toward the center of the car. Tighten bolt to 40-45 ft-lbs.

3. Mount the intertia reel where the shoulder anchor was nounted using the original bolt. the bulge is oriented towards the center of the car. Do not tighten bolt yet.

4. Sit in the seat and fasten the seat belt.

5. Note the angle at which the webbing enters the intertia reel. Orient the intertia reel such that the webbing enters the reel as straight as possible, and tighten bolt to 40-45 ft-lbs.

6. Install black plastic cover if desired. It is optional.

Don't forget to buckle up!
