Make a selection 91450394310S Bubbling under the side vinyl is caused by body rot. Originally the only way to solve this was to replace the quarter panel! To make the job simple we made a patch panel. It is large enough to solve any rust problem in the area and welds in easily! General Fitment914 1970-76
