Catalytic bypass pipe "u-torque" design, manufactured by m&m in Germany. The u-torque design compensates for the backpressure loss while running without cats. The design minimizes the loss of low end torque and adds 10-15 ft-lbs of torque in the mid and top range of the rpms.
