The original soft rubber bushings can deform under track loads which allows the sub frame to shift and throw the camber and toe off. Solid bushings will not deform and will keep the camber and toe settings in line which equates to confidence in cornering and faster lap times. These are intended to replace the soft rubber bushings on the original rear sub frame (part #'s 993 331 051 00 & 993 331 052 00). They are made in Germany and are TUV approved. Make a selection FVD33150040R Replace worn-out original rear sub frame (side panel) bushings with our FVD clubsport series. They are made of rubber with an 85 shore hardness value, that is the same as the rennsport models. 85 shore is more durable, provides more positive suspension location and is still quiet and comfortable for street use. This bushing is made in Germany. It is crafted in high carbon steel and 7075 t6 aircraft aluminum and includes an 85 shore hardness value core. This is a front and rear bushing for one sub frame. 2 are necessary per car. We also sell the entire right and left rear sub frames with these bushings already installed, please order our part # FVD331993001.

The reconditioning process includes full inspection to ensure proper operation after the remanufacturing process. We then disassemble, degrease and media blast the part. Once fully prepared, we install new rs spec. (85 shore) rubber bushings/bearings. 85 shore rubber is more durable than OEM 65 shore and provides more positive suspension location yet is still quiet and compliant for street use. Then we seal the spring plate with a corrosion resistant plating. Sold individually. 2 necessary per car. Please note: this does not fit cars with the g50 transmission.
