This steering rack is a remanufactured part with a core, as such an additional charge (a core deposit) will be added to the purchase price of the part. After receiving your new part, kindly send back your old part, or core . Once the core is returned to us and it has been inspected to ensure it is rebuild-able and resell-able, the core deposit will be refunded. Remove the power steering belt cover to inspect your toothed steering belt for wear and cracking. Belts undergo a lot of friction and wear, so replacing them periodically will prevent damage.
