The bbi autosport Porsche 996/997 turbo clutch slave cylinder conversion kit is a direct replacement part that eliminates the problematic factory power-assist system for improved reliability and pedal feedback. The factory power-assisted clutch system has always been the achilles heel for the Porsche 997 turbo. Utilizing the power steering system to help reduce the force needed to depress the clutch pedal, it is a flawed design that delivers a mushy pedal feel with poor feedback, and is highly prone to failure.

Kit includes everything for performing hundreds of automotive diagnostic and mechanical tests. Used for one-person brake bleeding, produces vacuum or pressure at the turn of a switch. Comfortable ergonomic design with one-finger trigger vacuum/pressure release. Durable die-cast metal construction for long life. Pressure and vacuum are created on the squeeze stroke for superior accuracy and control.

General Fitment

No tool box is complete without this great item. You can bleed your brakes by yourself. We recommend that brake fluid be changed on a yearly schedule. By bleeding brake the old fashioned way, master cylinder seals can be damaged. Mityvac’s system is a safe tool that makes changing fluid easier and there is no risk of damaging the master cylinder. Attach the hose to the caliper’s bleeder screw and squeeze the vacuum pump, loosen the bleeder screw and the old fluid will be sucked into the collector vessel. No need for an air compressor like many other bleeder tools.
