Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. It is necessary to provide us with a street address to ensure proper delivery.

Damaged Goods:
If there is any damage to any of the products in your order, please contact the delivering carrier at once. Keep the shipping carton and all packing material. Automobile Atlanta cannot initiate the claim with the carrier. The carrier will only deal with the recipient of the goods. Once you have a claim number, call us for a replacement part.

Should you find it necessary to return an item:
Please contact your personal salesman (listed on your invoice) for a return authorization number, at 770.427.2844. (Our shipping department will refuse any unauthorized return.) Please enclose a copy of your invoice, wrap the item securely and send your package back to us via insured and prepaid shipping. International customers are responsible for customs on returned items. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! We will promptly handle your exchange or issue a merchandise credit.

Core Returns:
Cores being returned do not need a Return Authorization Number, but must have a copy of the invoice and the word “CORE” clearly visible on the outside of the box containing the core. Cores must be rebuildable and complete. Deductions will be made accordingly.


Return Policy:
  1. No returns accepted after 30 days.
  2. Returns are for exchange or merchandise credit, good for 2 years.
  3. Refunds only after 30 days.
  4. Parts must be in 100% resalable condition.
  5. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling round-trip of all orders placed and not canceled prior to 4 p.m. on the day of shipment.
  6. Core credit given only on cores that are rebuildable.
  7. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  8. No returns on special order parts, electrical items, books or manuals.
When referring to parts on our website or over the phone, please be aware that the letters G, R, U, B, stand for the following:
  • G = Genuine
  • R = Aftermarket / Replacement
  • U = Used
  • B = Rebuilt or Reproduction
Please be aware that 90% of "G" parts are special order and are by nature non-returnable. If you have questions regarding this, please ask your sales person or feel free to email us. Thank you for your cooperation.
